All three blends are made only from essential oils, with no carrier oil or synthetic additives.

A Day’s Ritual

  • Morning (FLOW): Before the day begins, or during a stretch of work. The fresh, woody character of juniper, peppermint, grapefruit and bergamot sets a quiet atmosphere for the start of the day.
  • Afternoon (GLOW): A small pause in the middle of the day. With citrus to the fore, lemon, grapefruit and lavender keep light, lively company with the pace of the day.
  • Evening (PULSE): Set the day down and return to your own pace. The warm character of sweet orange, cedarwood and ylang ylang brings a soft sense of transition to the evening hours.
How to Use
  • In the oil burner: Fill the upper bowl of the Soil & Oil oil burner with warm, clean water, add 8–10 drops and light the candle in the lower body
  • In a diffuser: Add 3–5 drops, following the manufacturer's instructions
  • Directly from the bottle: Open the bottle and take in the scent with a few deep breaths
  • Room spray: 100 ml water + 8–15 drops; mix and spray

Note: Ylang ylang is an intense note, so we suggest starting PULSE with 1 drop. Citrus oils can leave marks on some surfaces because of their colour pigments.
